Indonesia Java Halu Banana 250g

This year we are proud to present the 2022 harvest of Java Halu Banana. Java Halu Banana is produced by Tropika’s fostered farmers in Mount Halu and Mount Tilu - West Java, with high standard process stages starting from grading cherries, washing and drying coffee, and the final process in the form of grading green beans.

After going through the cupping process, we were amazed by the complex taste that emerged from Halu Banana with very pronounced notes of Banana, Peach, Caramel, Cherry Blossom. More than that, The present of the malic acidity of Banana and citric acidity of Orange makes this coffee even more complex.

Java Halu Banana grows at 1350 - 1500 masl altitude and produced mixed two best variety of Sigararutang and S795 by using the anaerobic process.

We chose this coffee as one of the best coffee we have ever tried from various Indonesian coffees.
