Bali Collective originates from collective farmers in the Kintamani highlands on the Indonesian island of Bali. In the volcanic soils of Mount Agung, coffee is grown alongside citrus trees that provide shade. Coffee production is organized around a Subak Abian, which refers to ecologically sustainable irrigation systems.
